Shipping Policy

American Directional Driller® ships to the United States only at this time.

Products available on Amazon Most of our standard products (PPE, tools, boots, accessories) are fulfilled by Amazon. When you click "Buy on Amazon" on a product page, you will be redirected to our Amazon storefront where Amazon handles shipping, delivery, and tracking. Shipping speeds and costs are determined by Amazon at checkout. Prime-eligible items ship free for Amazon Prime members.

Invoice-purchased items High-value and specialty equipment purchased through our QuickBooks Invoice process will ship within 5–10 business days after payment is received. Shipping method and cost will be quoted per order based on item size, weight, and destination. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Custom and vendor-referred orders Custom orders (embroidered FR coveralls, custom boot fittings, specialty items) are fulfilled by our vendor partners. Delivery timelines vary by product and will be communicated during the quote process.
